Job Title: Credit Controller
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Job Type: Permanent
Job Description
- Check customer’s credit situation.
- Recommend whether to offer or decline credit request(s) – he can recommend but not decide.
- Deal with internal and external queries about payments, ensuring customers pay on time and negotiate re-payment plans.
- Ensure that all transactions are compliant with Company’s policies and relevant National regulations
- Handle disputed bills and negotiate to bring payment within the agreed terms.
Requirements
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and good attention to detail.
- Good problem-solving skill.
- Competency with ERP systems.
- Good supervisory skills.
