Job Title: Customer Service Intern

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Experience managing a high volume of incoming and outgoing to sell hair care products to prospective customers or clients.
  • Explains product’s benefits, features and history to customers
  • Influences potential customers to buy hair care products and merchandise by following a prepared sales talk to give product information and product upsells
  • Deal and resolve any customer complaints.
  • Handle customer orders, provide appropriate solutions and upsell other products within the time limits;
  • Keep records of customer orders, funnel process, inventory, and proof of payment with each logistics partner
  • Respond to customers’ enquiries via calls, email, live chat, and active social media platforms.

Task:

  • Effectively meets daily metrics with speed, accuracy, and a positive attitude.

Strict Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess at least an SSCE Certificate
  • No experience needed
  • Ability to counter customer objections
  • Ability to upsell and cross-sell
  • Experience with eCommerce customer service is a +
  • Must be independent, self-motivated and organized
  • Must be articulate and able to quickly develop rapport with customers over the phone.

Salary

  • N50,000 monthly and additional performance commission.
