Job Title: Customer Service Personnel

Job Description
- Providing excellent wait service to ensure satisfaction
- Making menu recommendations, answering questions and sharing additional information with restaurant patrons
- Answering telephone calls and taking customer’s orders
- Present menu and provide detailed information when asked
- Inform customers about the day’s specials
- Up-sell additional products when appropriate
- Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff
- Follow all relevant health and food safety precautions
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND / OND / SSCE qualification
- At least 2 years of work experience.
Salary
- N50,000 – N100,000 monthly.
