Job Title: Catering / Kitchen Supervisor

Requirements
- Degree, N.C.E or combination of experience and higher education or a Diploma in a Catering subject. (Health and Safety or Food Hygiene qualifications are crucial)
- Above secondary school graduation and seven (7) years of experience in catering or related food service area
- Work experience in College / University environment
- Ability to multitask
- Strong supervisory and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral format.
- Knowledge of food preparation, presentation and customer service
- Must not be above 45 years.
