Since its founding, the Cartrack Group of companies has swiftly developed into a leading provider of fleet management, stolen vehicle recovery and insurance telematics, with over 1 300 000 clients across 23 countries worldwide. This growth can be attributed to the status of Vehicle-as-a-Service (VaaS) an emerging market that is rapidly gaining momentum in both the taxi and the logistics industries.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Field Sales Representative

The Role
You will be responsible for:

  • Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
  • Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.
  • Building strong and collaborative relationships
  • Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
  • New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
  • Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
  • Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.

Ideal Profile
Requirements:

  • You have at least 3 years experience within a Sales (B2C) or Business Development / Account Manager (B2B) role, ideally within the Transport & Logistics, IT Software and Telecommunications industry.
  • You have prior experience in dealing with Dealers.
  • You possess solid expertise in Direct Sales.
  • Experience within Area Sales would be a strong advantage.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments.

Salary
NGN 960,000 – NGN 1,020,000 / Annum
