TF Microfinance Bank started with the Incorporation of Thinkfinance Services Limited on 6th December 2012. In 2015 the company was granted approval in principle by The Central Bank of Nigeria for a Unit Microfinance Bank. On the 14th of March 2016, TF Microfinance Bank was incorporated with a fully paid authorised share capital of twenty million Naira. It aims to render niche financial services that are focused on the underbanked and unbanked populace.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Information & Digital Technology Officer
Location: Festac Town, Lagos

Job Description
- Act as the bank’s data protection officer and resolves queries & request relating to data privacy
- Ensure good network of systems across the bank’s network.
- Manage internet services and other connectivity within the bank
- Manage the banks vendors and resolve issues resulting from integration
- Manage hardware/software maintenance and systems updates/upgrades.
- Liaise with ERP providers for seamless integration.
- Create content for all of the bank’s social media handles (linkedin, facebook, twitter & Instagram etc).
- Any other task assigned by the Head of Information Technology.
Relevant Skills & Qualification
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a Technical field.
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Efficiency and ability to achieve results under tight deadlines and high pressure.
- 2+ years in the banking industry, with sufficient experience in IT.
