Job Title: POS Handlers Supervisor (Cluster Head)
Locations: Abuja (FCT), Kaduna and Kano
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
- Scout for and identify prospective POS agents to further the goals and objectives of the company.
- Assist in onboarding prospective agents and in delivering work tools to onboarded agents
- Train agents on the use of POS as well as other company’s products and services
- Ensure that all POS under your supervision are active and in use 24/7
- Visit POS agents regularly to assist with usage of POS machines
- Provide periodic report on POS machines with merchants
- Act as an intermediary between the company and the POS agents
- Meet monthly targets as set by management.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of OND / NCE / HND / BSc
- At least 1 year experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
- Ability to work under pressure and pay attention to detail
- Must be resident in FCT, Kaduna and Kano.
Salary
N100,000 – N150,000 monthly.
