Job Title: Project Associate (Retail Expansion and Properties Finder)
Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports To: Expansion Manager
Job Summary
- The Company is seeking to hire a vibrant, self-driven and business-oriented Project Associate to work closely with its expansion manager to constantly source and secure properties for lease to meet its expansion drive for the rollout of new retail outlets.
- The role would be suitable for someone who is committed and focused in carrying out tasks regardless of its size and thrives in a small, dynamic and super energetic environment, ideally with experience in Estate Management or Marketing.
- The ideal candidate must be very ambitious and business savvy, with strong commercial awareness and strong sense of judgment and instincts, who can understand and appreciate what it is they’re trying to achieve and embrace the same.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities shall include but not limited to the followings:
- Search within specified areas for vacant locations.
- Verify the size and cost of the location.
- Identify the landlord and contact data.
- Prepare a description of the location to share with the Expansion Manager.
Key Requirements
- B.Sc, HND or OND in Estate Management, Marketing or any related field.
- 2 – 3 years cognate experience from a retail or similar trading environment.
- You need to have good attention to detail and have a strong work ethics.
- An excellent communicator with strong verbal and written skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiating skills
Compensation
Base Pay: N250,000 – N300,000 monthly (Net)
Deadline: 17th August, 2022.
