Job Title: Shift in Charge Officer
Location: Agbara, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Manage daily schedules, employee shifts, and time-off requests.
- Assign duties to employees and oversee their progress.
- Ensure that daily sales/production goals are met.
- Train and integrate new workers.
- Provide guidance and feedback to employees when needed.
- Ensure industry rules and regulations are followed.
- Handle customer and employee complaints
- Transfer products and other objects to and from the worksite on occasion
Requirements
- Minimum HND / B.Sc Mechanical Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience as a shift in charge in the corrugation industry.
- Experience in the industry is a must.
Remuneration
Negotiable.
