Job Title: AutoCAD Design Engineer
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Job Summary
- We are looking for competent and committed professionals of high integrity to join our winning team. We are looking to hire a competent and experienced AutoCAD Design Engineer.
Responsibilities
- Research and review project requirements and design information to determine if it is sufficient to complete the design while ensuring that the design concept can be met.
- Coordinate with other Vendors, Project Managers and Engineers to establish essential functions and deadlines necessary to finish specific AutoCAD designs.
- Delivering design drawings using AutoCAD and understand the documentation of various projects such as classification, labelling and visibility to the Project Department.
- Coordinate all project elements including engineering design, quality planning, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and final installation.
- Produce and deliver on time to customer requirements, clarifying these requirements where necessary with respect to priorities.
- Write reports and present progress at project meetings and to clients.
Education / Certifications
- Minimum of a University Degree in B.Arch / B.Eng / B.Tech Degree or Degree in a relevant field, e.g Design or Architecture from a reputable institution.
Experience:
- 3 years of Drafting Experience in the Telecommunications Industry Preferred.
- Experienced AutoCAD user, to a high standard.
- Previous experience as an AutoCAD Design Engineer in Telecommunication Industry.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Understanding of Telecommunication Site build design and mechanical processes.
- A key eye for detail and the ability to work as part of a team as well as individually.
- Proficient in company approved computer drafting platform and drafting techniques.
- Proficient in company approved computer drafting platform and drafting techniques.

- Adept at making design related decisions once appropriate information is gathered from various sources.
