Ekulo International Limited is a wholly indigenous company engaged in the marketing and distribution of wines and spirits, cosmetics, food, and related products.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Regional Sales Manager (South-East)

Locations: Anambra and Enugu
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Develop, achieve or exceed the sales volume/revenue goals targets as defined in the business plan for the region across all channels including open market, modern trade and HORECA
  • Control and monitor the sales budget to ensure optimum allocation of resources to different businesses of the company
  • Ensure achievement of basic sales drivers (price compliance, distribution, quality, visibility) within assigned region
  • Consistently re-align market strategies to improve product visibility, acquisition and retention of customers.
  • Build and maintain relationship with relevant stakeholders within the industry including leading distributors, departmental stores and other target demographics in order to generate new leads
  • Promote a customer-centric environment by implementing processes that promote effective issue/complaints resolution as well as improving service delivery
  • Build and maintain a proper distributor management system that ensures effectiveness and efficiency in the movement of stock from the warehouse to the point of sale.
  • Organize Trade Programs such as activations and events to build Company Brands
  • Run promotional events to increase account sales and profit while managing costs
  • Carry out activations and sales programmes to stimulate consumptions and demand for products
  • Identify and secure spaces and demands for company brands in key premium on-trade account including club, bars, lounges, hotels, restaurants etc
  • Develop and implement strategies to deepen and increase product awareness, product acceptance, and product penetration.
  • Provides weekly and monthly reports on current sales, market environment, competition intelligence and areas for improvement

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Minimum of B.Sc. / HND in a business-related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years cognate experience in Sales / Marketing of wines and spirits.
  • Good working knowledge of Onitsha and the South-East region.
  • Must be between 35 – 45 years of Age
