Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Yaba, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
• Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions.
• Assist with recruiting of teachers when necessary.
• Help promote a culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
• Work with senior stakeholders.
• Identify and address problems and opportunities for the organization.
• Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations and key stakeholders.
• Support workers communication with the management team.

Requirements

• B.Sc Degree in Education or an any related Degree
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Salary
N80,000 monthly.
