A leading Microfinance Bank is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head, Internal Control

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

• Manage internal controls and deploy innovative technology to continuously improve the design and operating effectiveness of the controls, documentation assessment and review procedures.
• Experience in internal policies and procedures and process evaluation and documentation.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Accounting.
• 5-10 years post qualification relevant experience in internal control/audit
• Strong analytical skills include the ability to spot, assess and address risk, materiality and interdependencies and translate it into impact analysis for the financial reporting and recommendations for improvement
• Proficiency in the use of MS Suite.
