Job Title: Deposit Mobilization Officer
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Responsibilities
- Identifying business opportunities and leveraging on them to grow income
- Understanding and marketing company products and service
- Fund mobilization
- Prepare weekly investment reports, proper record keeping and filing of documents
- Work with the team to develop and implement a business development plan to improve the deposit mobilization and retention of deposit and manage withdrawal attrition
- Provide leadership in implementing business development plans to improve mobilization and retention of deposits, achieve set targets and manage withdrawal attrition
- Develop and implement a business plan for identified target markets with the prospects to drive high volumes of new deposits to the bank.
- Build and manage strategic relationships for fixed deposit customers, serving as the single point of contact for new business.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND in Banking, Finance or related field
- 3-4 years experience in investment banking/ financial institution
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales target
- Ability to provide strategic marketing input.
Salary
N250,000 – N350,000 / Month.
