We are recruiting to fill the position below;

Job title: Marketing Executive

Location: Yaba, Lagos

Employment type: Full time

Deadline date: 20th January, 2023

Responsibilities:

  • Close new business deals by coordinating and negotiating contracts with prospects
  • Prospect and market company’s product to new customers
  • Develop plans to expand the client base through direct sale technique, cold calling and business-business marketing technique
  • Recommend and execute promotional activities including product launches and marketing campaigns
  • Use knowledge of the market and competitors to identify and develop company’s unique selling propositions

Requirements:

  • Must have Bsc/BA or HND
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant post NYSC work experience
  • A real estate experience is an added advantage
  • Experience in marketing is an added advantage
  • Great knowledge of the real estate sector
  • Available to resume within a short period

Remuneration:

  • Attractive salary and commission on any sale made
