The Obafemi Awolowo University, Ife, is a first generation comprehensive public institution established in 1961 as The University of life, by the then Western Region of Nigeria. In August 1975, the Federal Government of Nigeria took over the University and in 1987 renamed after Chief Obafemi Awolowo, a frontline Nigerian Statesman and one of the University’s founding fathers. The University is situated on a vast expanse of land of 11,861 hectares in Ile-Ife, Osun State, Southwest of Nigeria. The Vision of the founders of the University was to establish an institution dedicated to the promotion of learning and culture.
In compliance with the provisions of Section 85(3)(a) of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999 and the relevant guidelines from the Office of the Auditor-General for the Federation, we require the services of a firm in the capacity below:

Mandatory Requirements
- Evidence of the Firm’s registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
- Evidence of the Firm’s registration with Office of the Auditor-General for the Federation in 2020.
- The Firm’s profile, including professional qualifications of the key staff, past experiences with respect to similar jobs which have been successfully handled, etc.,
- Evidence of financial capability (Bank reference)
- Audited accounts of the Firm for the last three years i.e. 2021, 2020 and 2019.
- Evidence of VAT registration and valid tax clearance certificates for the last three years, i.e 2021,2020 and 2019
- Evidence of compliance with the provisions of the Pension Reform Act of 2004.
