Job Title: Telesales Executive

Job Description

• Contact potential or existing customers to inform the company’s product or service
• Answer questions about products or the company
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of HND in related field
• 0 – 2 years of experience in Telesales
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary

• N40,000 – N60,000 monthly.

Added Incentive:

• Commission.
