Description

  • We are hiring a Business Development Officer for our Hotel Franchise Brand, the ideal candidate must have experience in all stages of the sales cycle in Hospitality
  • They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with prospective clients
  • Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
  • Manage sales pipeline
  • Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
  • Track metrics to ensure targets are hit.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years in sales industry
  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • CRM experience is preferred.
  • We are looking for a candidate who has worked in the hospitality / real estate industry at a managerial level or in business development / sales
  • Experience in business development or sales in the hospitality industry, real estate, or an existing franchise brand is a must.

Benefits / Salary Range

  • N200,000 plus commission, HMO, pension and group life insurance
