Job Title: Medical Laboratory Scientist
Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine and advanced diagnostic tests in microbiology, hematology, clinical chemistry, and molecular biology.
- Ensure accuracy and precision in test results while adhering to standard operating procedures.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Monitor quality control standards and maintain accurate documentation of test results.
- Collaborate with the medical team to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the laboratory environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science.
- Current license with the Medical Laboratory Science Council of Nigeria (MLSCN).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a diagnostic laboratory.
- Proficiency in using automated laboratory equipment and advanced diagnostic techniques.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Applicants must reside in Port Harcourt.
