Job Title: Fashion Design Assistant

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  • Create sketches for campaigns and collections
  • Ensure that the designs are in line with the brandТs aesthetics
  • Create mood boards that projects the collections ahead
  • Research and suggest fashion trends and projections
  • Ensure that the brand remains a market leader, trendsetter in design and innovation.
  • Create sketches
  • Select fabrics and trims
  • Ensure quality control
  • Create mood board and sketches before the client comes in for her consultation
  • Handle consultation and liaise with customers till final sketch is approved by the customer
  • Create 3D designs for each design
  • Write out all necessary materials required for the production of each outfit for easy procurement

Educational Qualifications

  • HND or B.Sc in any related discipline

Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  • Be in constant communication with prospective customers via calls, messages, networking events and the use of social media with the goal of generating sales
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Assess customer needs and provide assistance and information on product features
  • Attend to phone calls from customers and resolve enquiries, queries, emails or other means as directed
  • Receive all walk in customers and direct them to the appropriate department. Ensure they are properly attended to.
  • Provide support to prospective clients on enquiries and after sales services and follow up administration to ensure professionalism in services
  • Submit weekly reports to Studio Manager
  • Other tasks as assigned

Job Title: Fashion Store Operations Manager

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Function of the Role

  • The Fashion Store Manager is the brand ambassador of the brand. She will be responsible for handling the daily management of the operations of the store.
  • This includes developing and implementing processes that would help with meeting and exceeding sales targets and store profitability;
  • Providing customers the ultimate experience by successfully executing the brandТs strategy;
  • Leading and developing a team of sales professionals in providing unsurpassed customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan out work assignments and work schedules of the employees and assign specific duties to employees
  • Ensure that the store personnel comply with the storeТs security, sales and record taking practices and procedures.
  • Model and promote great customer service
  • Ensure that both your own personal sales contribution and that of your team meet and exceed performance goals set
  • Demonstrate sales leadership by actively being on shop floor; working with the store team in developing techniques that can build customer loyalty and brand awareness through superior service
  • Ensure Sales Associates are collecting relevant customer data to assist in relationship building and using data to tailor future, personalized shopping experiences
  • Work with Business Development Manager (BDM) in producing and executing business plan/strategy for the store, including: sales development, events, promotions, training, merchandising, etc.

Educational Qualification

  • HND or B.Sc in any related discipline preferably Marketing, Business and Finance.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail environment, with proven track record in sales generation and overseeing the achievement of sales and profitability targets
  • Experience must include: leadership, coaching and development of sales teams; performance management; stock/inventory management; visual merchandising
  • Be able to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Office Word and Excel and a Point of Sales (POS) system
  • Be flexible to work in various roles based on business needs (front or back office)
  • Appreciated background in luxury goods a plus

Job Title: Fashion Production Supervisor (Quality Control)

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

  • Setting quality standards for the factory
  • Monitor the quality of the product through the various stages of production
  • Establish SOPs for production and preparatory processes to get right first time quality from each process.
  • Develop template for quality measurement and recording quality
  • Train the newly hired quality personnel on company quality policies and how to use quality tools
  • Double check measurements
  • Auditing inward fabric and trims and ensuring only quality goods are accepted
  • Document inward fabrics with appropriate names and tags
  • Ensure that no faulty fabric is sent for cutting. If minor faults are present in the fabric, defects should be marked on the fabric and must be communicated to cutting department

Key Responsibilites

  • The business development officer is responsible for increasing sales and profits for the brand.
  • Although this role shares some similarities with sales, it is typically more focused on finding new business opportunities and strategic business growth.
  • As a business development officer, you are responsible for analyzing customer feedback and data to determine how customers are patronizing us and and then develop a strategic plan to increase new and return purchases, or discontinue under performing offerings.

Job Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain a proactive relationship with our clients.
  • Work proactively to determine and propose our marketing needs.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
  • Monitor, measure and manage our brand equity/strength.
