Job Title: Facility Manager
Location: Yaba, Lagos

Duties
He / She will be responsible for:
- Providing advise on measure to improve cost-effectiveness and efficiency of the school facility
- Ensuring that the building meets government regulations and evnvironmental security, health and safety standards
- Supervising teams of ground staff including cleaning, maintenance and security
- Receive and respond to requests of school building occupants
- Performing routine checks of the school building and its surroundings
- Overseeing building renovations, refurbishments and building projects
- Providing reports on the status of all mechanical, electrical and plumbing facilities and making recommendations
Qualifications
- HND or BSc in relevant field
- Experience: 3-5 years in facilities Management
Skills:
- Strong negotiation and procurement skills
- Good knowledge of general maintenance methods and safety precautions as it relates to facility management.
- Team management and organisational skills
