Job Title: Clearing Documentation Officer
Location: 
Nigeria
The Job

  • To manage all clearing documentation functions of the company from Pre-shipment, shipping and clearing activities.
  • Proper archival system of aged documents
  • Generate clearing reports on overseas orders, tracking of order status and follow up on documentations
  • Reconciliation and closure of outstanding overseas transactions e.g.  G.I.T, GRNI etc.
  • Interface with Procurement, Clearing and Treasury teams as well as other internal stakeholders and Governmental regulatory agencies.
  • Develop and maintain systems for storage and retrieval of documents such as FORM Ms & LCs, shipping documents ,PAAR. duty payments and other Procurement /Clearing  documents( both soft and hard copies)
  • Storage cataloguing and retrieval of clearing documents
  • Maintain the integrity of working documents and update documentation at intervals

Requirements

  • Candidates must have good analytical skills.
  • Candidates must have good communications and interpersonal skills.

Qualification

  • Five (5) O Level credits including Mathematics and English/WAEC at not more than one sitting.
  • First Degree in social science or related discipline.

Experience

  • 3 – 5 years Import/ Clearing experience











Job Title: Internal Audit Officer
Location: 
Nigeria
The Job 

  • Evaluate and test business processes and control to identify areas of risk and internal control improvement opportunities
  • Assists in consulting process owners to make recommendations on business and process improvements
  • Perform Audit fieldwork
  • Work with process owners and operational staff to implement audit recommendations and solutions
  • Assists with drafting audit reports and ensuring compliance with IIA standards and Group Internal Audit guidelines

The Person 

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Pays Attention to detail, displays good working and operating principles
  • Basic Accounting knowledge, computer literacy and analytical skills
  • Good sense of judgement, objectivity in reasoning and ability to enforce compliance

Qualifications: 

  • ACA
  • B.Sc/HND in any discipline
  • 5 O’ level credits including Mathematics & English Language in not more than 2 sittings

Experience: 

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Audit & Investigations department of a Manufacturing Company
