Job Title: HR / Legal Adviser
Location: Egbeda, Akowonjo, Lagos
Job Description
- Draft Legal documents for real estate transactions
- Research and recommend performance evaluation methods
- Address employee requests and potential issues
- Hiring and recruiting of employees
- Issuing queries and sanctioning of non compliance to company policies
- Monitor legal risk in real estate documentation and advise clients accordingly
- Represent company in purchases and sales of properties
- Design and help implement company policies
- Perfection of legal documents
- Land search at Ministry of Lands
Requirements
- Sound knowledge of Nigerian Labour laws and Hr best practices
- Prior work experience in the real estate sector will be an added advantage
- Only married female candidates would be shortlisted
- Applicants must reside within Egbeda, Shasha and environs
