Job Title: Service Engineer – Channels
Location: Lagos
Requirements
- Experience in installation / troubleshooting / maintenance of 450kva to 30Kva, UPS / Inverters.
Responsibilities
- Onsite support for site survey, installation or commissioning when necessary
- Onsite support in case of major or critical problems that can’t be solved by customer or dealer
- Handle RCA and warranty claim process
- Repair faulty inverter spares in repair center
- Responsible for compliance with ISO system for business process.
- Handling battery charging discharging testing for customers
- Charging new batteries and repair equipment
- Record and maintain the battery test report for all tasks
