Job Title: Technical Sales Manager

Job Description
- We are seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Sales Manager to join our team. As a Technical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for designing, selecting, and selling our commercial HVAC equipment.
- You will also be responsible for managing and developing our engineering team.
Job Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate all technical and sales related activities, departmental operations including ordering of commercial air-conditioning units from factories worldwide.
- Site visit to assess project quotation/design.
- Contract Documentation
- Customer Order Management
- Promote Sales of the Company’s products in order to increase the Company’s Market share in the HVAC sector in Nigeria.
- Sales Analysis, Follow ups, and Market intelligence.
- Increase and retain customers through strategic relationships.
- Submission of Technical Proposal, Selection of recommendation of HVAC equipment and Preparation of estimates/quotation.
- Sales follow-ups/Offer reports/Championed Product update. Calculation of cooling load estimates and HVAC design.
- Carry out other duties as assigned by line manager.
Qualifiations and Experience
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Thermal Engineering.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the engineering field.
- Knowledge & Application of Air-conditioning systems
- A post graduate degree would be an added advantage. Professional Certification is required.
Other Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills.

- Cost Estimation – Overseas/Imported items.

- Specific experience: Design, Selection, Sales and Installation of commercial HVAC systems.

- Technical Skills Commercial A/C designs, Product Critical components,
- Specifications decoding, Product Software etc.
- Computer Skills – Ms. Office Suite, MS Project, AutoCAD
