Job Descriptions
- Experienced in the use of property management software like OPERA is a must
- Experienced in customer service functions
- Coordinate and managing front office activities
- Attend customer’s inquiries, handling guest reservations, check in and check out.
- Ensure rooms’ control and rate restriction.
- Cashiering and banking.
- Night audit’s function is an added advantage.
- Guest relations functions
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages.
Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Lagos
Job Descriptions
- Responsible for revenue production for the hotel and meeting and exceeding planned revenue objectives for occupancy and average daily rate (ADR).
- Manage all areas of sales according to Brand Standards to achieve a professional rapport within the local business community.
- Actively involved on a daily basis in securing, qualifying and following up on leads to book specific business, with central focus in sales.
Requirement
- 3-5years experience in Hospitality Industry.
