Job Title: Logistics/Fleet Officer

Responsibilities
Fleet Management:
  • Ensure repair and maintenance jobs are done on all Company vehicles
  • Calculate, allocate and maintain Fleet Management costs in line with approved budget
  • Ensure all Company vehicles have all legally required documents
  • Maintain the Fleet Management System to meet Management’s Information requirement
  • Ensure all vehicle data/records are kept and up to date
  • Ensure parking facilities are properly maintained
Driver Management:
  • Ensure proper deployment of drivers and effective conflict resolution and driver issues.
  • General improvement of driver’s welfare and to also ensure competent drivers are employed
  • Manage all drivers including skill & capacity building, presentation and on-the-job training
Vendor Management
  • Effective Vendor Management
  • Ensure prompt payment of other fleet usage and proper usage of the executive fleet services
 Job Title: Training Officer

Content Development
Develop training content:
  • As per HQ guidelines
  • As per identified needs of various teams
    • Develop & regularly update content for the Learning Management System
    • Produce and distribute training resources within authorized budget
Training Delivery
  • Facilitate trainings (classroom, practical, on-the-job and learning systems), workshops, conferences, demonstrations
  • Use of diverse tools for content delivery; presentations, multimedia visual aids index
  • Plan the implementation and facilitation of learning activities and events
Needs Analysis & Database Management
  • Actively involved in process of identifying individual and organizational training needs through appraisals and meetings with managers
  • Monitor and review the progress of trainees through use of assessment tools like questionnaires, surveys etc.
  • Keep up to date training records of all learning interventions.
Job Title: Store/Inventory Officer

Job Responsibilities
  • Receive and process Media warehouse stock products; prepare and complete orders for delivery

  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
  • Perform inventory controls and immediately report and discrepancies
  • Receives stock to warehouse in accordance with company policies, procedures, and protocols
  • Ships stock from warehouse in accordance with company policies, procedures, and protocols
  • Regular reporting and escalation of potential issues to management
  • Inspects shipments for accuracy and completeness, and resolves inconsistencies

Job Title: Admin Officer

Job Description

Administration & Personnel Management:
  • Co-ordinate the general administrative work of the entire company
  • Manage and coordinate  office supplies needs to meet company’s operations need
  • Supervise and support the entire operations and personnel on a day-to-day basis
  • Preparation of weekly schedule of activities and duties
  • Constantly monitoring operations to ensure compliance with health and safety standard
  • Receive shipments and ensure both quality and quantity
  • Coordinate deliveries for repaired or returned items
  • Trace, track and expedite purchase processes
  • Create and maintain contact with vendors and customers on office supplies to ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Ensure accuracy of all inventory

Job Title: Head of Security

Details
  • Build, establish and continually strengthen security base across all areas of operations (and beyond)
  • Responsible for monitoring and evaluating effectiveness of security operatives and stakeholders for delivery of Company’s goals, with proper escalation of exceptions to Management
  • Investigate all security / piracy related breaches and subsequently develop, implement and report solutions aimed at addressing detected instances
  • Maintain database of Company informants (nationally) for achievement of agreed SLAs on security / piracy threats across all locations
  • Gather & secure evidence required to support case against the pirates raided
  • Ensure implementation of business measures, guidelines and strategies nationally
  • Ensures compliance to internal policy on recoveries, payments and convictions in conjunction with other responsible stakeholders
  • Ensure optimal efficiency and appropriate utilization of resources in line with strategy for each location or area
  • Monitor activities of inactive customers and possible hackers to prevent revenue losses
Educational Qualification; Functional Skills
  • A first degree in in International Relations, Electrical Engineering or any Business-related discipline
  • Project Management qualification
Relevant Experience:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in industrial security operations, anti-piracy / anti-counterfeiting and brand protection / investigation experience
  • Strong sectoral knowledge and work experience in digital publishing or software industry, with an anti-piracy or digital media background
  • 2-3 years’ experience with digital content and intellectual property matters
  • Experience working in a global, geo-diverse company, will be an added advantage
  • Very strong exposure to managing piracy and cyber attacks
Functional Competencies:
  • Knowledge on copyright laws / intellectual property
  • Investigation skills; preferably in IP offences
  • Sting / field operation
  • Surveillance and covert intelligence gathering capacity
  • Security awareness Raids
General Competencies:
  • Culturally aware and adept at working across multiple Nigerian geographies
  • Strong ability to build solid cases in preparation for settlements or prosecution
  • Proven ability to make prudent, independent decisions with limited supervision when needed
