We are inclined towards creating a preferred enabling commercial environment, as well as state of the art residences for our clientele, not to mention our target towards infrastructural development for public consumption.
Our team upholds its founder’s vision to be the to be the preferred Engineering, Property Development and Project Management Company committed to delivering quality, timely and cost effective services to our clientele, partners and investors with the sole purpose of providing professional services that exceeds client’s expectation with high returns on investment for our stakeholders.
We have a mind-set to contribute our quota towards the growth of the dwindling economy in Nigeria as well as our internal interest. These mind-set led to the merging of: Efficacy Homes Limited and Efficacy Engineering to become Efficacy Construction Company Limited (E.C.C.L). This diversification is born out of the need to drive the efficiency and future of our company.
In light of the afore-mentioned, we aim to position ourselves for better economies of scale, a stronger competition, expansion into the new segments and most importantly, to satisfy our current and prospective shareholders.
