Role Summary/Purpose    

The Lead Customer Service Engineer will work closely with the Service Manager to execute all activities typically delivered on site (at customer premises) whether scheduled or not, such as installation, maintenance, and diagnostic activity, including completing repairs and conducting customer training.
Essential Responsibilities     •Review and Issue of Field Service Maintenance and Installation Reports

•Attend to LEAN Kaizen Application, Work Instruction Clarification/Revision Request
•Carry out any other duties as may be ssigned from time to time according to business needs.

Qualifications/Requirements    

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical Engineering
• Relevant field engineering experience (at least 4 years) is required.
• 6 + years in mechanical or industrial engineering
• Business acumen and ability to sell GE products to the customer
• Customer service mindset
• Strong organizational skills and project management skills

Essential Responsibilities

ECLP accelerates the development of commercial savvy talent through a structured program combining coursework, job assignments and interactive seminars. The program consists of three, eight-month rotational assignments within the sales and/or marketing segments of a GE business. Rotations provide experiences such as consultative selling, marketing analysis, marketing management, product management, customer and market segmentation, pricing, field sales, and underwriting. To supplement on-the-job learning, program members strengthen their commercial, business, and leadership skills by completing seven weeks of in-residence training over the two year program.

ECLP is one of GE’s world-famous leadership development programs. To supplement on-the-job learning, program participants will strengthen their commercial, business, and leadership skills by completing an intensive curriculum consisting of seven weeks of classroom training and in-residence global symposiums. The program is global in scope with participants from the North America, Latin America, EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa), China, Japan, SE Asia, and India. ECLP exposes members to multiple segments within a given GE business. This rotational experience will highlight the diversity that differentiates GE from other companies and will help to accelerate learning. Essential Responsibilities    

• Carry out maintenance of customer and company owned equipment as defined in the applicable procedures.
• Ensure product quality is maintained by adherence to Company Standards & Procedures to achieve high customer satisfaction index.
• Responsible for Production Control Equipment, WOCS, Drilling equipment – assembly, repair and Factory Acceptance Testing(FAT)
• Responsible for pressure testing and fluid sampling
• Handle tasks relevant to core trade skills (tube fitting, electronic assembly etc.)
• Ensure all work is carried out in a safe manner, protecting the environment, health and security by complying with written COSHH Assessments,
• Risk Assessments (RA) or by carrying out any necessary risk assessments and Job Safety Analyses (JSA) prior to task commencement.
