Job Title: Workshop and Service Manager
FEPS (Frantz Equipment Parts Services) Nigeria LTD – Nigeria
We are seeking to employ a Workshop and Service Manager. Out of Abuja we organise our nationwide service, parts supply and equipment distribution.
You are the head of an existing team and your main tasks are:
Being an active contact person to our customers and supporting them in technical issues
Inspection of incomming new equipment and pre-delivery check
Leading and organising a team of mechanics
Personally execute service and maintenance jobs
Supervising the spare parts processing and the warehouse
Processing and handling of warranty claims
Supervising our own fleet of cars and the drivers team
Managing our own cars and equipment
You are part of a lean management team and report to the company directors. Our employment offer contains typical local or expatriate elements.
Desired Skills and Experience

Engineering or German masters degree
Several years of professional experience
Skills to autonomously organise the daily tasks

Fluent in written and spoken English
