Job Purpose/Scope

This job exists to manage a Partner or a number of Partner Accounts in a given territory

Key Responsibilities

•Achieve Partner Account Sales Targets ( Volume and Value )

•Drive Secondary Sales

•Forecasting / Stock planning

•Build and maintain relationship with Retailers

•Champion anti – counterfeit surveillance

•Drive quality management policies in the territory.

•Coach and train Partner’s sales teams

•Preparing relevant and accurate reports

•Implementation of Marketing and Trade Marketing activities in the territory

•Merchandising

Qualifications, Experience

•A good first degree

•Minimum of 2 years Sales experience in FMCG industry
