companies that seek to enter the Nigerian market. This involves company registration compliance, distribution channel management, warehousing, logistics planning and management, Negotiation and meeting representation, marketing of clients goods and services, property development, and acquiring of office space/residential properties on behalf of our clients.

In addition, we provide a ground breaking salesforce outsourcing services to foreign companies who do not have an established presence in Nigeria but need a sales team to achieve result. Also, local companies in Nigeria benefit from our out of the box salesforce insourcing service, achieving targets and delivering within Service Level Agreements (SLA).

We are recruiting to fill the below position:

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Requirements
Education:

    Business development management positions require a bachelor’s degree in any field with 3-5 years of sales or marketing experience. A Masters degree in any business related subject will be an advantage.

Job Description

    The primary role of the Business Development Manager is to prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients.
    Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
    Participate in pricing the solution/service.
    Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. * Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
    Present an image that mirrors that of the client.
    Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business
    Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
    Research and build relationships with new clients.
    Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.
    Plan approaches and pitches.
