Job Title: General Manager, Operations (Drilling, Workover & Decommissioning)

Location: Nigeria

Job Summary

    This role has responsibilities for overseeing the profitability of operations of the division, development of new businesses, coordinate and implement projects whilst ensuring effective quality HSE standards

Primary Responsibilities

    Provide strategic direction to the division and implement plans in line with overall corporate strategy
    Continuously create/develop and manage sources of revenue
    Ensure the appropriate and equitable distribution of available resources amongst clients and projects
    Oversee the overall performance of the division as relates to business development, ideas generation and project implementation and profitability
    Oversee HSE Management systems, policies and procedures to ensure that they are continually improved toward a best practice objective and kept up to date

Job Requirements

    First degree in Engineering or other related discipline
    Minimum of 18 years experience in the oil and gas industry, 8 of which must have been in at senior management level

Job Title: Group Financial Controller

Location: Nigeria

Job Summary

    This role has responsible for all aspects of Group’s financial management and monitoring of the internal control environment
    He/She will manage the financial and accounting system controls and standards and ensure the delivery of financial and statistical reports

Primary Responsibilities

    Preparation of budgets, forecasts and business plans and continued monitoring & review of performance against them to enable robust reporting of variances to the Board and third party stakeholders
    Ensure the preparation of timely and accurate monthly management accounts and reports for operational management
    Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the Group’s accounting records and financial systems
    Effectively manage the working capital components of the Group with specific attention to stock, debtors and cash balances

Job Summary

    This role will provide full time environmental health and safety support as well as quality control to the operations and will ensure that all practices are in compliance with regulatory requirements
    He/She will coordinate the integration of agreed HSE policies and processes into core business processes and will further develop internal reporting to management

Primary Responsibilities

    Ensure the organization’s HSE Management System is continually improved toward a best practice objective and kept up to date in response to legislative and circumstantial changes
    Develop policies, procedures, work instructions, protocols, and templates in accordance with HSE requirements and influence the adoption of such systems throughout the business
    Prepare and deliver regular reporting of HSE related information to the organization and convene the Health & Safety Committee meetings

    The role is responsible for managing the operations of drilling or work over unit rigs including the monitoring and management of drilling equipment and resolving operational problems
    The position will also ensure the budget; revenue and cost targets are met

Primary Responsibilities

    Proactively develop and implement new business streams and strategies
    Strategize and oversee plan and schedule of contracting/leasing of equipment for clients to ensure all activities are properly scheduled without obstruction to the client’s needs

    He provides technical and engineering support to the Drill Supervisors/Project Managers as required on a daily basis to support a safe and profitable operation

Job Summary

    The Senior Executive Assistant will be responsible for the coordination of activities (operations and planning) and ensuring timely flow of information to and from the executive office

Primary Responsibilities

    Manage daily schedule and external contacts for CEO
    Liaise with oil and gas regulatory authorities
    Study and prepare project documents
    Assist in analysis and preparation of bids and tender documents

Job Summary

    This role is responsible for ensuring projects are developed, appropriately within company and to manage financial advisors and their outputs

Primary Responsibilities

    Build financial models and performs sensitivity analyses from scratch and adapt existing models for new projects
    Ability to optimize a financial model to achieve certain target subject to financial constraints
    Ability to run sensitivities on the financial model
    Performs in-depth analyses of: the nature of the proposed business ventures; the financial statements provided; relate macroeconomic and microeconomic risks; related to project contractual obligations; the eligibility, financial standing an business background of the project; and other related factors

Job Summary

    This role relies on a unique combination of strategy, sales engineering and relationship management skills.
    He/She has responsibility for entire bid process for the organization as well as oversee the project management teams for all bids and project for the organization.

Primary Responsibilities

    Proactively develop and implement new business streams an strategies.
    Manage and provide leadership to contracts and commercial team members in implementing business development initiatives and tendering activities
    Lead review teams on commercial bids prepared by bid team for completeness and competitiveness.
    Prepare bid proposals particularly, in terms of commercial aspects take ownership and lead predominately in tenders from kick off to bid submission, eventual success and potentially onto project delivery
    Review existing contracts to ensure that both customer and company service level agreements are maintained and cost controlled, with deadlines adhered to.
