  • Configure both autonomous and Light Weight Access Point Solutions.
  • Install wireless voice technologies.
  • Perform wireless site surveys, conduct site evaluations and generate Heat Maps utilizing AirMagnet Survey Pro.
  • Conduct wireless site surveys utilizing spectrum analysis technologies, recommend and implement corrective action.
  • Configure of Wireless Security Platforms, including intrusion prevention and clean access solutions.
  • Perform network related tasks.
  • Provide detailed network drawings and diagrams and relation as-built documentation.

Senior Market Analyst

  • Drive change through innovation in research methods and insights about performance in a changing retail environment.
  • Partner
    closely across market analysis team and real estate teams to formulate
    market strategy and maintain the store reinvestment and build out
    strategies which will maximize value.
  • Conduct market analyst strategy and widespread analytics.
  • Utilize
    effective prioritization, communication, time management, partnership
    skills, issue resolution techniques, and other strategic considerations.

Senior Portfolio Manager

  • Owner and tenant relations.
  • Adhere
    to management agreement contracts, ensuring that plans meet the
    property owners’ and Cushman & Wakefield’s standards, policies,
    goals and objectives.
  • Direct,
    supervise and monitor the activities of commercial property portfolio
    on a day-to-day basis, including training, developing and coaching
    staff.
  • Perform
    review/career path discussions with property managers at a minimum of
    once a year. Ensure that on-site performance reviews are performed
    annually.
  • Analyze and
    make recommendations regarding property staffing needs, personnel
    performance issues, salary administration, personnel promotions, and
    training and career development.
  • Oversee
    the preparation of annual budgets for commercial property portfolio,
    insuring that budgets are approved by each property owner.

  • Research,
    identify, and establish link partnerships to help increase ranking and
    relevance. Develop evaluation methods for link quality.
  • Understand and support an understanding of how SEO goals and commitments fit into a larger corporate strategy.
  • Recommend and build business cases to support IT projects to drive incremental revenue.
  • Collaborate
    with other teams to create a content plan that support branding efforts
