Job description
Establish Transformation plan, milestones and deliverables.
Establish and manage Transformation team structure and members.
Establish team management process and organization.
Plan, manage and execute Transformation Projects’ budget to ensure successful delivery.
Establish and standardize Transformation delivery process.
Document the Transformation process and provide the operation procedure for the transformed technology system and perform knowledge transfer to operation team.
Operation and management of project profitability, Responsible to project profit and loss.
Desired Skills and Experience
With 10-15 years related experience in Telecom or MTK, very deep understanding of IT Outsourcing/ Managed Services project
Rich experiences in IT project management, familiar with the IT Outsourcing/ Business Process Outsourcing, methodology, process, tools and standard;
Served as ITO operation director, ITO transformation director, BSS integration project PD or BSS integration program PM post. And he must have with him successful ITO or BSS items delivery, management and operations experience.
Proven ability to deliver complex & demanding projects
PMP or equivalent certification is preferred
Familiar with eTom or ITIL as a plus
Proven project management experience in huge IT Company such as IBM, HP, Ericsson, Oracle and so on as a plus.
High-level dialogue and the ability to nurture high-level customer relationship.
Strong team leadership & good people management skill, excellent problem solving skill, interpersonal skill, and presentation skill;
Good communication capabilities and pro-activeness are preferred.
Language: Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
