Job Description
Reporting into the Operations Manager, you will manage and oversee all aspects of the day to day management of the Restaurant, incorporating Events to ensure that the team deliver the their product in quality, consistency & presentation and also within the financial parameters of the annual budget
You will be required to drive revenue performance whilst developing additional revenue streams to improve restaurant and bar sales at high standards at all times.
Your job role requires you to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery whilst proactively seeking improvements and reacting to challenges as they arise.
