Job Title   MARKETING EXECUTIVES

Specific responsibilities include:

    Assisting the branch coordinators to drive the company’s long and short term revenue strategy
    Assisting the branch coordinators to achieve the branch sales and revenue targets.

Qualification and Skills

    Candidates must possess minimum of Bachelor’s degree/HND or its equivalent
    Excellent leadership and communication skills
    Candidates must have at least 3 years experience in the marketing of financial services/products.

Job Title  REGIONAL MANAGERS

Specific Job Responsibilities

    Develop and drive the company’s long and short term revenue growth strategies at the region .
    Supervise and coordinates the activities of the branches under the region to ensure positive contributions to the bottom-line
    Advise management on key planning issues and makes important business decisions.

Qualification and Skills .

    Candidates must possess minimum of Bachelor’s degree HND or its equivalent
    Excellent leadership and communication skills
    Candidates must possess strong analytical and IT skills
    Be self-driven. detailed and result oriented
    Candidates must be able to conduct meetings and presentation skillfully
    Candidate must have at least 10 years’ experience in the marketing of financial products preferably in the banking or insurance industry.

Job Title  BRANCH COORDINATORS

Specific responsibilities include:

    Supervise activities of the branch to ensure timely and efficient service delivery to customers business
    Developing and driving the company’s long and short term revenue growth strategies at the branch.
    Developing and delivering effective product and market entry strategies.
    Prepare annual budget and drive performance

Qualification and Skills

    Candidates must possess minimum of Bachelor’s degree/HND or its equivalent
    Excellent leadership and communication skills
    Candidate must have at least 7 years’ experience in the marketing of financial products preferably in the banking or insurance industry.
