Job Requirements
We are looking for someone with significant pastoral experience with girls (e.g. as Head of Sixth Form) who is used to liaising with parents and supporting students and staff.
Energy, attention to detail and motivation to see projects and initiatives through to completion are all required
Ideally, the successful candidate will be a person with a caring outlook.
To be part of our exciting, inclusive and happy organization you will need to have:
3 years previous work experience in pastoral care.
Certificates/Diplomas in Pastoral Studies
To have knowledge of children’s developmental needs
To have a basic understanding of safeguarding children procedures.
