Title: Building Engineer/ Technician

Duties/ Responsibilities
Plan and direct activities of personnel at site.
Schedule duties and assign equipment and material to conduct required maintenance and construction.
Consult with Architects on building layouts.
Ensure that buildings are designed and built to the project specifications and budget of the company.
Achieve project objectives and deliver projects on schedule.
Oversee and maintain on-going building constructions.
Ensure efficient management of buildings while supervising and coordinating the works of contractors on site.
Keep record of activities linked to the operation and management of the facilities/ buildings.
Academic Qualifications/ Experience
Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in Building Engineering with a minimum of 5 years extensive experience in building.
Proactive and responsive to project needs.
