Job Title: Head, Human Resources / Public Relations Officer

Location: Ogun

Qualifications and Requirements

  • HND, B.Sc in any discipline with a minimum of (2.2)
  • Personally credible and expertise in both HR and commercial issues, with a professional approach.
  • Any other function that may be assigned by the Head of Human Resources and Management.
  • Relevant Practical HR experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Compulsory Quantitative and data management skills

Job Descriptions

  • Performance Management
  • Coordinate and facilitate the communication to all partners of
    performance issues / Manager the performance appraisal processes for all
    partners.
  • General performance appraisal, management reports as maybe
    required / forwards collated CVs to the concerned departmental heads for
    evaluation and interviews / Coordinate on boarding of successful
    candidate(s).
  • Staff recruitment through short listing, organizing and planning interview to developing job descriptions.
  • Working closely with other departments by assisting Line Managers to understand and implement company policies.
  • Screens applicants for basic compliance with position qualification, summarizes CVs for easier evaluation by the Head of HR.
  • Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to end recommend improvements.
  • Responsible for sourcing suitable candidates for available positions and identify suitable recruitment Channels.
  • Provide interview feedback to candidates.
  • Advising management on staff pay and remuneration issues
    including promotions and benefits / Dealing with grievances and
    implementing disciplinary procedure.
  • Oversee employee’s safety, welfare, wellness and health /
    monitor all reports on HR issues, opportunities and development plans
    and achievement within agreed formats and timescales.
  • Manage and control all departmental expenditure within the
    agreed budgets / working closely with other departments head to
    understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to
    ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purpose and
    achievements.
