Job Title:  OFFICE ASSISTANT

 

Qualifications:

  • WASC with credits in Maths and English. Knowledge of Lagos routes applicable.
  • Aged between 25 – 35 years.

Job Title:  ESTATE OFFICER

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum B.Sc/HND in Estate Management 2nd Class Upper Division or Upper Credit
  • Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Packages
  • 5 – 8 years working knowledge of Facility Management/Real Estate is desirable.
  • NIESV membership is mandatory.
  • 30 – 40 years of age

Job Title:  MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS

 

Specialisations:
Mechanical, Electrical, Refrigeration & Air conditioning, Storekeeping and Plumbing
Qualifications:

  • Labour & Productivity Trade I, 11, III
  • ND will be an added advantage
  • Work experience of 5 -10 years.
  • 25 – 35 years of age

Job Title:  DRIVER

 

Qualifications:

  • With a valid driver’s licence.
  • Aged between 30 – 45 years and lives within the Ogba, Omole, Ikeja environs
