Job Description 

  • He/She will be responsible for collating and imputing volumes & stock levels of petroleum products of daily receipt and dispatch operations and also analyze the data/ information to draw up trends and reports useful for market intelligence and forecasting.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Efficient Monitoring and collation of daily volume of petroleum products (receipt and dispatch)
  • Assist and monitor all key activities related to inventory management to assure that they are accurate and timely
  • Generate and provide regular reports on stock volume at the depot
  • Analyse stock volumes ensuring no discrepancies using available resources

Requirements

  • 0 – 1 year Experience, not more than 30yrs, B.Sc/HND

Job Description 

  • A major player in the logistics arm of an Oil and Gas company is seeking to urgently fill the position of Depot Supervisor across the nation.
  • To oversee the daily inventory management of petroleum products, daily receipt and dispatch operations whereby acting as representative and also analyze the data/ information to draw up trends and reports useful for market intelligence and forecasting.

Duties & Responsibilities include;

  • Oversee the daily activities of the inventory management team at Depot
  • To supervise daily input of volumes of petroleum product per transaction carried out at depot ensuring the necessary documentation
  • Coordinate and oversee the office administration & management function
  • Ensure daily reporting of volume of petroleum products (receipt and dispatch) of the depot operations in an accurate and timely manner using inventory management software
  • Assist and monitor all key activities related to inventory management to assure that they are accurate and timely
  • Proven problem solving abilities and analytical skills
  • Effective organizational skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Working knowledge and understanding of inventory management software
  • Knowledge of oil & gas industry pertaining supply chain management

Requirements

  • 2 – 3 yrs Experience, not more than 35yrs, B.Sc/HND.
