Job Title: IT Non-Primetime Support (Senior Analysts / Analysts)

Locations: Lagos, Port Harcourt, Warri

Job Description

  • Provide 24-hour essential service support, Contractor Personnel may have to rotate 2-weeks-on, 2-weeks-off, back-to-back including weekends and public holidays
  • Perform daily checks and monitoring of Communication and Network equipment including routine IT Facilities’ inspections
  • Repair PCs, UPS, Printers, Telephones, Radios and other IT related infrastructure equipment
  • Interface with Maintenance Support in resolving problems impacting IT infrastructure, like Power, Cooling, and other physical environmental issues
  • Utilize the problem tracking system to ensure all problems routed to the team are effectively handled and closed in a timely manner.
  • Ensure effective monitoring of IT facility environmental conditions including electrical power, humidity, weatherproof, safety and physical security. Escalate problems relating to infrastructure equipment failure in accordance with documented procedures.
  • Optimize use of IT materials and spares
  • Ensure professional checking on all approved changes within the Area Service infrastructure without jeopardizing the services availability
  • Support other IT workshop activities while maintaining work tools in good and serviceable condition.

General Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience for Senior Analyst/ 1 year experience which may have been acquired during NYSC or Internships for Analysts
  • B.Sc./B.Eng./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering or Computer Science (Second Class, Lower Division)
  • At least one of relevant professional certifications (CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, MCP, CCNE etc.).
  • Must possess a valid Nigerian Driver’s License and be able to pass Company, Mobil Producing Nigeria Driver Certification.
  • Must be physically and medically fit
  • Must be ready to reside in Company provided facility on or near the QIT terminal complex or at any COMPANY locations. Other Qualifications & Experience

Job Title: Front Desk Admin

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests and offering them a beverage, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail.

  • Follow up on IT orders with Vendors and COMPANY Procurement group
  • Maintain databases of all IT assets in the Area
  • Perform inventory of all IT assets and update the databases when needed
  • Receive all IT orders and ensure that what is on purchase order agrees with items received
  • Maintain the Software and Hardware stores in the Area
