SALES :

Generates active pipeline of leads through team and self
Monitors team to ensure performance and targets met.
Brings innovative sales ideas and boosts numbers
Manage multiple channels of sale simultaneously
Go getter attitude, ability to chart course on an open canvas.
Building / developing a crack sales team for network marketing / direct Sales model.

Department Structure & Second line :

Determines the structure of the division in tandem with the business plan – manpower planning and recruitment as per the plan.
Ensure proper training and induction for the new recruits – monitor their progress and ensure their settlement on the job quickly
Motivate the team for higher performance.
Designs proper hierarchy within the division and adequate supervision on the staff.
Conduct appraisal of the team

Maintain external relationships :

Take an active role in engaging and maintaining  external relations, marketing firms, promotions firms, others.
