JOB TITLE: LUXURY LIFESTYLE COORDINATOR

  LOCATION: LAGOS


JOB DESCRIPTION
Make reservations for clients, and obtain tickets for events.
Provide information about local and international features such as shopping, dining, nightlife, and recreational destinations.
Make travel arrangements for sightseeing and other tours.
Perform office duties on a temporary basis when needed.
Pick up and deliver items, or run errands for clients.
Carry out unusual requests such as searching for hard-to-find items and arranging for exotic services.
Plan special events, parties, and meetings, which may include booking musicians or celebrities to appear.

  QUALIFICATION/REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 6 years working experience in an international concierge company.
Understand the concierge service.
This candidate must be well travelled.
This candidate must be highly articulate verbally and in writing.
The candidate must possess the following skills: Customer service, Schedules and people management, Multi-tasking skills, Organizational and Problem solving skills.
