Key Responsibilities


Manage day to day operations of the school and report directly to the director of the school
Create strategic marketing plans to increase student enrolment and be active in school marketing and communications
Manage faculty and other human resource personnel
Conduct break even and sensitivity analysis to assess how school resources should be managed
Implement policies to promote efficient use of resources
Ensure the school remains a collaborative and friendly environment for staff and kids
Be responsible for ensuring a positive working culture – this includes creating events and workshops for teacher training, staff bonding etc.
Work with academic head to achieve the school’s academic mission and vision.
Manage the afterschool and holiday programme activities, including planning, organizing and marketing
Develop innovative ways for efficient information management


Job Requirements


At least Bachelor’s degree in Education or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a PGCE
At least 3 years of experience in a British Curriculum School setting
At least 3 years of managerial experience in a similar role, including marketing experience.
Previous travel/exposure to the UK, US or Europe

Job Requirements


Bachelor’s degree in Education or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a PGDE
Ability to use MS Word, MS PowerPoint proficiently.
At least 2 years experience teaching at the Early Years. Primary School level.
At least 2 years experience teaching in a British based Curriculum setting
Ability to teach a wide range of subjects including Mathematics, not just one subject.
