Job Title: Head, Finance & Account

Location: Nigeria

Job Details

  • Financial reporting, and compliance, preparation of management accounts and other critical performance reports
  • Ensure financial Reporting are in line with IFRS requirement and any current GAAP that may be put in place from time to time
  • Cash flow management; Inter-company reconciliations
  • Tax administration and management including liaison with external auditors
  • Financial modeling and analysis, budgeting, etc
  • Coordinate the regions’ financial activities

Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Accounting with ACA or ACCA professional certification
  • A minimum of 5 -7 years experience in manufacturing or service industry
  • Previous experience as a financial accountant is an added advantage
  • Good understanding of IFRS is an advantage
  • Must be comfortable with a proprietary accounting package as well as Microsoft application suite


Job Title: Head, HR and Admin

Location: Nigeria

Job Details

  • Manage the broad spectrum of HR functional role – performance evaluation, Industrial relations, rewards, benefits, etc
  • Accountable for the learning and development function, including performance improvement programmes
  • Create HR strategy that establishes linkage between business strategy, business results and employee value addition
  • Develop HR processes and policies to drive employee engagement and loyalty
  • Oversee the admin and fleet management role; provide strategic direction for the purchasing/procurement function

Qualification/Requirement and Skills

  • Minimum of a first degree in any discipline with professional certification from CIPM, HRCI, CIPD, SHRM, etc
  • At least 6 years’ experience as a middle-level HR manager
  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment with a population of at least 500 employees
  • Problem solving & analytical thinking
  • Microsoft office applications competences
