Job Title: In-Store Sales Executives
Location: Lagos, Nigeria.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction & Sales : To interact with customers who come to the store, greet them proactively, demonstrate the product and try to make a sale. Sales targets will be given.
- Visual Merchandising : We will install demo-table and other fixtures in the shop so that customers can experience the products on their own. The Product Consultant will be responsible for maintaining the fixtures and the products in good condition so that customers can have a good experience.
- Stock/Inventory Reporting : Product Consultants will be responsible for providing stock reports to their supervisors on a regular basis so that we can ensure that retail stores always carry enough stocks.
- Sales Advisory: Offering accurate advice to customers with a customer focused approach.
Skills & Experience Required
- We require candidates to have at least 1 year experience of working in a retail store or in any other profile where they have to regularly interact with customers.
- Candidates should have fluent communication skills to be able to interact with customers of high-end products.
- Candidates should be comfortable with Smartphones and should be able to demonstrate the product and answer customers questions.
- Candidates should have a high level of personal grooming and soft skills so that customers have a pleasant experience in interacting with them.
Key Requirements
Minimum of a Bachelors in any discipline.
Retail Sales experience is a MUST.
Previous merchandising experience within mobile or consumer electronics is an advantage.
Excellent English both written and spoken is a must.
