Job description


Main Responsibilities: 

1. Handles all the legal briefs for and on behalf of the firm as directed by the Principal. 
2. Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments. 
3.Drive team to achieving high performance. 
4. Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring legal opportunities. 
5. Screens potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities. 
6. Ability to close real property sale deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations. 
7. Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating the company’s needs and goals. 
8. Protects the firm’s value by keeping information confidential 
9. Builds a local team of Independent property agents and Business Development savvy professionals. 
10. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. 
11. Ensure monthly submission of reports. 
12. Ensure status reports every month to buyers is submitted promptly. 
13. Ensure all confirmed clients have updated file documents in their files and make sure all files are up to date. 
14. Advise & contribute on all marketing materials on courses, programs, seminars and conferences. 
15. Develop and implement a marketing strategy to sell/lease properties in the company’s mandates. 
16. Know the available properties on the market. 
17. Closing sales and leases on properties 
18. Ensure workflow process within team is adhered to. 
 
Minimum Education: 

University degree in law and called to the Nigerian Bar

Experience: 

Minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 5 years relevant work experience
