Overview
The Account Manager is accountable for the operational management of the Permanent and Temporary Display contract for our client. This involves the management and delivery of all Display requirements, co-managing and developing local briefs and campaigns with the client, providing additional service lines and meeting associated tasks. This role has responsibility for service delivery, people management, client relationships, and financial performance to reflect contractual agreements.
In addition, the Account Manager will be accountable for the development and operational management of a substantial element of the contract and must ensure that operational support to clients is managed exceptionally and delivered efficiently while providing effective leadership and support to the dedicated team.
The Account Manager will be responsible for supporting our client though a supply partner approach in growing their business through best in class, strategies, products and services; and the retention, development and compliance of their account.
Experience
The successful Account Manager will have a minimum of five years of related experience in the Display and Print Management environments, including, but not limited to:
• The execution and management of Managed Service strategies
• An excellent understanding of planning, budget and cost management
• Proven experience of service delivery
• An ability to develop and execute alternative solutions
Extensive experience of all Display and Print Management categories, including, but not limited to:
• A passion for doing the right thing!
• A sense of humour
• Implementation
• Temporary and/or Permanent Display Point of Sale production
• Marketing Production
• Colour management
• Procurement
• Vendor management
• Retail
An understanding of the following would be beneficial:
• Studio/Pre-press
• E-Commerce
